Training to become an EMS Professional

You are an employee of technosert or really interested in becoming one? And you are interested in attending special training to become an EMS professional? technosert will make this happen. Our in-house training program, which takes at least one year, consists of a theoretical and a practical part.

Training goals:

• To obtain knowledge and expertise in all relevant EMS departments: Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Logistics, Quality, Purchasing, Sales
• To gain a general idea of the interfaces involved
• To acquire exact knowledge of all manufacturing processes
• To become a contact-person for the entire manufacturing process
• To acquire the ability to optimize and structure workflows
• To develop and maintain leadership qualities

During this training program, participants are encouraged to implement independent projects, especially in the area of process optimization. Joint visits to trade shows or partner companies are also part of the program.
